A tribute to the region's ancient olive trees, which have been cared for and tended to by the people of Lebanon and Palestine for thousands of years.
Long considered a symbol of our community's resilience, these olive groves are often targeted by occupying forces, threatening the livelihood of entire villages. Long before our fondness for farm-to-table tasting menus, long before our obsession with organic produce and heirloom seeds, our ancestors cultivated this land and nourished themselves with its bounty.
This pin layers olive branches with text in both Arabic and French – a nod to our complicated history but, more importantly, to our roots.
